Safety Note
Before embarking on a low carb lifestyle, please speak with your GP or practice nurse if you suffer with any significant health conditions, particularly diabetes or high blood pressure. This is especially important if you are on any medication because you may find very quickly that you no longer need this medication and may need to stop taking it or reduce the dose. You should not do this without medical supervision.
It is your responsibility to seek advice from your nurse, GP and/or specialist to ensure any actions you take as a result of interactions with the community are in your best interests and do not contradict any treatment plans you may be following.
