Breakfasts
From Dr Andrew’s meal plans on the Freshwell App try:
- Boiled eggs
- Scrambled eggs
- Home made granola (make in advance and store for up to 2 weeks) with greek yogurt
- Microwave omelette
- Greek yogurt with blueberries or raspberries
Make it your own! Try adding some nuts and seeds to your yogurt and berries, or some veg with your eggs such as spinach or avocado
Lunch
- Kim’s basic salad with eggs and olives or a tin of tuna
- Seed crackers with cheese or hummus (make the seed crackers ahead and store in an airtight container)
- Fat head dough buns/flax bread rolls/basic bread rolls/Mrs P’s brown bread with filling of your choice (make the buns ahead, freeze, and take out as required)
- Home made soup (eg bean and chilli soup)
- Cheese and ham omelette
- Sausages with reduced sugar baked beans
- Mug pizza
Make it your own! Try making extra helpings at dinner and having left overs for lunch the next day.
Dinner
