Fat in and around our organs – how might we reduce it?
Health coach facilitated discussion on how we might reduce visceral fat (fat stored in the abdominal cavity around our organs) and ectopic fat (fat deposited within organs such as the liver and pancreas). Participants are invited to do some reading beforehand, if interested, so that we can explore ideas together.

This group is for people living with type 2 diabetes registered with a Colne Valley GP practice. Friends/relatives also welcome. No need to book, just turn up when you can.
This group offers people living with diabetes a chance to meet, learn, and share experiences with others. Meetings are facilitated by a health and wellbeing coach.
